The Club facilities includes a full-service
Clubhouse complete with restaurants offering both fine and casual dining together with function and
event venues, welcoming members, and guests into a world of personal attention and service.

The club plays host to multiple sports including golf, bowls, squash, tennis, pickleball and padel.
The brand-new racquets hub offers 8 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, 4 squash courts and 3 newly
build state of the art, floodlit padel courts.

The centre will also offer a registration desk, retail, food,
and beverage..
The Club is searching for a suitable candidate who has good knowledge and
experience in managing and organising a sport club.

Coaching a racquet sport such as (Tennis,
Squash and/or Padel) will be an added benefit. The ideal candidate should also have experience in
running a business. This employed position with fully paid salary and a profit-sharing scheme that
offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person to be involved with an exciting new project
in state-of-the-art facilities.
Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate, plan and supervise the day-to-day operation of the Racquets Hub

• Manage racquets facilities and oversee court bookings, court utilisation and general
maintenance

• Manage the sales and rental of equipment

• Working with management and committees to prepare business plans, monitor bookings,
income, and trends to ensure the development of a leading facility

• Working with management to ensure all income and expenditure is accounted for and that
at all times, the highest standards of financial propriety are respected

• Manage the appointed staff to ensure service delivery

• Provide information and service to members and their guests about available facilities and
activities

• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for members and their guests

• Organise and manage events

• Design and deliver programmes across all racquets sports which attract new players,
maximise court utilisation and drive participation and revenue

• Establish induction processes which helps players extend their activity and introduce
members and their guests to Padel

• Provide professional high-quality Padel coaching

• Develop programmes which create community engagement and form strong loca
