Position: Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails (RoR Hybrid - R1.2m PA

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) who's passionate about building clean, scalable systems that make a real difference in people's lives. If you want to write software that matters, now's your chance.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a senior engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our platform and setting the tone for engineering excellence.

Requirements:

5+ years' experience building scalable apps with Ruby on Rails
Proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React is a bonus)
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Experience with AWS, Docker, and Dev Ops tools
Bonus:
Experience with healthcare integrations (e.g. TPP System One)

Nice to Have:

Experience taking a product from zero to one
Familiarity with search tech (Elastic Search/Open Search)
Prior startup or agile environment experience
A desire to grow into a leadership or team lead role
