Delphi Developer

Overview

You will be hired as Independent Contractor with INHLELO Consultants, J'burg

• Design, develop, and maintain Delphi-based applications, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team s technical growth.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to enhance software solutions.
• Ensure all software aligns with industry standards and regulations within the medical field.

• Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Delphi development.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, Postgre
    
    SQL and / or MySQL, Java, and Node.js.
  • Proven experience in developing software solutions within the medical field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with healthcare software standards and regulations.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and integrations.
  • Previous leadership or project management experience.
• Skills Required:
  • Expertise in Delphi programming.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, Java, and Node.js.
  • Strong database management skills with Postgre
    
    SQL and / or MySQL.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills and technical documentation abilities.
