The Ellepot Technician (After-Sales Technical Service) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include delivering technical support to customers, providing training on Ellepot systems, maintaining and repairing machinery, and ensuring excellent after-sales service. The role entails regular interaction with customers to address their needs and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

• Install, service and maintain Ellepot machines and nursery automation equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults
• Perform preventative maintenance and client training
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Travel extensively to client sites across Africa

• N6 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
• Exposure to PLC systems (Siemens knowledge is an advantage)
• Valid passport and willingness to travel regularly
