Looking for a skilled Blockman with 2-4 years of experience in meat preparation. In the Lanseria area.
Blockman Reporting to: Operations
Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)
Job Type: Temp
Job Purpose:
To prepare, cut, and handle meat products to high quality and hygiene standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Medium-level skill with proven blockman experience
- Candidates who have progressed through hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
- Solid knowledge of meat preparation, cutting techniques, and handling
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Cut, prepare, and portion meat according to specifications
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Minimize waste and maintain clean work areas
