Field Service Technician

We are seeking a hands‑on Field Service Technician to provide exceptional after‑sales support, machine maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for clients across South Africa and other African regions. This opportunity is ideal for a young, ambitious, and mechanically inclined technician who enjoys travelling, problem‑solving, and working with advanced nursery automation equipment.

• Install, service, and maintain nursery automation machines and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance and provide client training
• Troubleshoot PLC‑controlled systems
• Deliver on‑site and remote technical support
• Travel extensively to client sites across Africa

• N6 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and basic electrical principles
• Exposure to PLC systems (Siemens experience advantageous)
• Valid passport and willingness to travel regularly
