Auto Electrician; Trucks

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Electrician experienced in Trucks.

We are NOT looking for Bus repair experience or any other form of transport or other. We want someone who has experience of 5 years or more in trucks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting electrical diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks of various brands. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems, performing installations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Diagnose electrical issues in heavy-duty trucks and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct electrical system inspections and identify faults or malfunctions.
• Repair or replace wiring, starters, alternators, and lighting systems as needed.
• Install electrical components and accessories according to manufacturer specifications.
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical repairs and services performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing electrical work.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Provide assistance and guidance to junior technicians as needed.

• Red Seal qualification as an Auto Electrician.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working with heavy-duty trucks after obtaining the qualification.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components in automotive applications.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
