Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to tailor outreach and messaging effectively.

Lead Generation: Identify, research, and target potential brand clients aligned with the sampling proposition.

Outbound Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach via email and social media to introduce sampling solutions and generate interest.

Qualification:

Engage prospects to understand their needs, assess suitability, and qualify them as potential clients.

Meeting Booking: Secure meetings and calls with key decision-makers to explore the sampling proposition in more detail.

Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and support successful sales conversations.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, lead interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales colleagues to refine outreach strategies and provide feedback on lead quality and market insights.

Reporting: Deliver regular reports on outreach activity, performance, challenges, and successes to the South African line manager and both SA and UK sales teams.
