Graduate Sales Consultant- Financial Services Environment

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Sales Consultant to join a fast-paced Financial Services environment. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to build a career in sales, client relationship management, and financial solutions. Full training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs

• Promote and sell financial products and services in line with regulatory requirements

• Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, and networking

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Conduct needs analysis and present tailored financial solutions

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports

• Stay informed on financial products, market trends, and compliance standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field)

• Strong interest in sales and financial services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Computer literate (MS Office / CRM systems)

• South African  (if applicable)
