B2B Sales Consultants

We are seeking results-driven B2B Sales Consultants to acquire and grow corporate clients and SMEs offering tailored communication, connectivity, and digital solutions. The role focuses on engaging decision-makers, identifying business needs, and delivering tailored voice, data, cloud, and connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate has strong consultative selling skills, B2B experience, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new B2B clients through outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Sell telecommunications products and solutions including voice, data, fibre, mobile, and related services.
  • Conduct needs analyses and present customized solutions aligned to client business requirements.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Engage with business decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Conduct follow-ups and after-sales check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with account management and implementation teams for smooth onboarding.

Campaign & Performance Management

  • Meet and exceed revenue and conversion KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Participate in campaign reviews and performance sessions.

Product & Market Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecom products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Clearly explain technical telecom solutions in business-friendly language.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (required)
  • 2–4+ years B2B sales experience (telecommunications preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling telecom, ISP, connectivity, or technology solutions
