CSS Sales Representative – Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS)

We’re looking for a high-impact CSS Sales Representative (Account Executive – Services) to drive services adoption, renewals, and expansion across a defined territory.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow Oracle Services revenue through new business and renewals, consistently delivering against quota.
  • Build and progress a strong pipeline through proactive demand generation, deal shaping, and opportunity management.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (including C-suite), positioning Oracle Services as critical to their digital transformation journey.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with delivery teams to lead business reviews and value discussions.
  • Drive account planning and territory strategy alongside Specialist Account Executives (SAEs).
  • Act as an escalation point to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and long‑term value realisation.
What You’ll Bring
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within the South African enterprise or mid‑market space
    .
  • Experience selling complex solutions and navigating large customer organisations.
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at executive level.
  • Solid understanding of cloud and services, and the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
  • A collaborative, driven, and resilient mindset – with the presence to influence and build long‑term trust.
