We’re looking for a high-impact CSS Sales Representative (Account Executive – Services) to drive services adoption, renewals, and expansion across a defined territory.
What You’ll Do- Own and grow Oracle Services revenue through new business and renewals, consistently delivering against quota.
- Build and progress a strong pipeline through proactive demand generation, deal shaping, and opportunity management.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (including C-suite), positioning Oracle Services as critical to their digital transformation journey.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
- Partner with delivery teams to lead business reviews and value discussions.
- Drive account planning and territory strategy alongside Specialist Account Executives (SAEs).
- Act as an escalation point to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and long‑term value realisation.
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within the South African enterprise or mid‑market space
. - Experience selling complex solutions and navigating large customer organisations.
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at executive level.
- Solid understanding of cloud and services, and the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
