Senior Sales Representative – Cosmetics & Beauty

Overview

Bellazuri is expanding in South Africa and is looking for a senior female Sales Representative with strong experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience OR can clearly demonstrate a strong, existing customer base in Johannesburg and surrounding areas. She will be responsible for direct sales, account management, pop-up shops, and brand activations.

• Sell Bellazuri products to beauty & cosmetics stores, salons, and makeup artists
• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
• Open new customer accounts monthly
• Handle re-orders and long-term relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Plan, organize, and execute pop-up shops and in-store promotions
• Coordinate promoters, makeup artists, and staff at events
• Ensure strong sales performance and brand presentation
• Provide market feedback (pricing, competitors, trends)
• Support Bellazuri’s growth strategy in South Africa
• Represent the brand professionally

Mandatory:

• Female candidate
• Minimum 5 years experience in cosmetics / beauty sales OR proven strong customer base
• Existing customer network in Johannesburg
• Experience handling pop-up shops and brand activations
• Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
