An established company is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Sales Executive to join their growing Clearing and Forwarding team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a confident go-getter who enjoys building strong client relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Present and promote clearing and forwarding services to potential clients
• Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Liaise with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–6 years experience in sales within clearing and forwarding industry
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of import, export, and customs processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
