Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets established by the company.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis, including trends, competitive landscape, and economic conditions in the SAF region.
- Deliver effective product training to key partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships, address concerns promptly, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
- Oversee product transition processes and adjust sales forecasts to align with market demand.
- Monitor weekly channel stock levels and sales run-rate to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted sales promotions, campaigns, and activities designed to boost revenue and market share.
- Bachelor degree.
- 3 or more experience years at technology sector, e.g. computer component, IT.
- English, spoken, written, read and listening.
- Commercial skills.
- Advanced Office.
