An established Medical Devices organisation is seeking a dynamic and driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell their premium aesthetic product portfolio to Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons in the Johannesburg and Pretoria region.

This position will be covering all top clients within the private sector market. Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm). Independently managing the client portfolio and relationships.

Key Products
:
Breast implants (main product line)

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, as well as clinic staff.
• Present and demonstrate product benefits, ensuring technical knowledge and clinical application are clearly communicated.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients on product usage.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

• Tertiary qualification in the Business / Marketing or Life Sciences fields.
• Proven experience in medical sales, ideally within the aesthetic or surgical device sector.
• Prior experience selling products such as implants, surgical devices, or compression garments will be highly advantageous.
• Established network or experience calling on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle and willingness to travel within Johannesburg and Pretoria.
