Account Manager - Client Services

Job Description:

Extensive IT sales experience with emphasis on client service operations, including end-user devices (printing, laptops, desktops)

Must have experience with ensuing that sales targets are met

Serve as a liaison between the company and their customers

Must upsell the company’s services and solutions.

Building strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new business

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

Must come from the ICT space

Minimum 3 – 5 years IT Technical Sales experience

Minimum 5 – 7 Extensive Account Management and Sales Experience in the Public Sector within the ICT industry
