Your role is to connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and schedule meetings to discuss customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses in target sectors such as retail, logistics, manufacturing, security, and commercial fleets.
• Build rapport with contacts and identify decision-makers or gatekeepers.
• Schedule appointments for sales consultants to discuss tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM system.
• Learn about the services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, sales, or a call centre environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, motivated, and willing to learn.
• A bubbly personality and a genuine love for interacting with people.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
