Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric qualification (non-negotiable).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar industry.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition
Identify, target, and secure new clients within the designated sales territory.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Engage with clients to understand their logistics requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Respond to client enquiries and resolve concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Sales Presentations and Proposals
Prepare and deliver professional and persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
Compile detailed sales proposals outlining services, pricing structures, and value propositions.
