Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the promotional and gifting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting our range of customized promotional products and gifts.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct regular follow‑ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. - Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitors to effectively communicate product benefits to clients. Prepare and present product demonstrations and samples to potential clients. - Sales Administration:
Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
