A well-established FMCG business is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join their Johannesburg-based sales team. This role focuses on servicing and growing an existing customer base while identifying new sales opportunities within the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, being out in the field, and working towards clear sales targets in a structured yet supportive environment.

• Service and grow an existing customer base within the designated region
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Merchandise products according to required standards and store layouts
• Collect, document, and process customer returns timeously
• Gather customer feedback and address queries professionally
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain regular communication with management
• Log daily customer interactions on the CRM system
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained and cared for on a daily basis

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 1–2 years’ FMCG sales experience (essential)
• Valid Code 08 Driver’s Licence
• Willingness to travel and sleep out when required
• literate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Driven, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
• Clear credit record
