What will you do:

• Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor our sales teams to achieve exceptional results

• Account Growth: Drive the expansion of active accounts across all regions, seizing new opportunities for growth

• Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales structures and strategies to maximize revenue and market presence

• Forecasting: Provide accurate quarterly and annual sales forecasts to guide our business strategies

• CRM Excellence: Champion CRM adoption and accuracy to streamline processes and enhance customer relationships

• Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team to ensure our sales force is armed with the latest, most compelling sales collateral

• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to align our efforts with the broader organizational goals
