About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic, growth driven team. In this role, you will engage decision makers at companies that are recruiting, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for our recruitment team. You will play a key part in driving business growth through consistent outreach, professional follow up, and high-quality appointment setting.

This position is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results and enjoys building relationships with businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and follow up calls with companies that are recruiting, including warm inbound leads.

• Identify and engage hiring decision makers, introduce our recruitment services and qualify interest based on set criteria.

• Schedule discovery calls and consultations for recruiters or the sales team and ensure all details are accurate.

• Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.

• Confirm meetings, reduce no shows, and support smooth handover to the recruiter or sales team.

• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations focused and value driven.

• Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar phone-based client facing role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges.

• Strong organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, or willingness to learn quickly.

• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve measurable results.

• Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback in a high-performance environment.

• A high school diploma or equivalent, further education or training in sales, marketing, or communications is a plus.
