We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales process, identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients and building relationships that propel our business forward. Responsibilities- Prospect & Identify:
Research and identify potential clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities. - Engage:
Initiate meaningful connections with prospects through phone, email and Linked In to gauge interest and qualify leads. - Analyze & Strategize:
Assess companies for fit and tailor outreach strategies to maximize engagement. - Schedule & Facilitate:
Arrange high‑quality meetings and product demonstrations for potential clients. - Pipeline Development:
Maintain and expand your personal pipeline, consistently meeting activity and quality targets. - Follow‑Up:
Reconnect with prospects who previously expressed interest but did not convert, keeping opportunities alive. - Collaborate:
Partner with Account Executives to transition leads into deals and work closely with the SDR Manager to align with team goals. - Report & Reflect:
Track and report progress on activities, targets and key metrics to management, refining strategies based on outcomes. - Innovate:
Develop new sales strategies by learning from personal successes and challenges to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with great active‑listening skills.
- Highly self‑driven, with a strong work ethic and resilience in the face of rejection or criticism.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically to approach challenges effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience working with internal and cross‑functional teams.
- Proficient with computers and software tools, with experience using CRMs like Hub Spot as an advantage.
- Patient and professional, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong aptitude for numbers; advanced mathematical ability is an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, International Relations, Law or a related field (Required).
- Graduating with honours (Preferred).
- Experience with CRM tools in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in sales or strategic planning roles.
