The Role

As a Senior Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for introducing qualified opportunities, opening strategic conversations, and helping convert those opportunities into long-term client relationships.

You’ll work closely with the founder and delivery team to shape proposals, scope solutions, and position luna.dgtl as a trusted digital partner — not just a service provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your existing network to introduce new business opportunities
  • Identify and qualify brands that are a strong fit for luna.dgtl’s offerings
  • Open senior-level conversations with decision‑makers (CMOs, founders, executives)
  • Collaborate on solution design, proposals, and commercial structuring
  • Support deal progression from introduction to close
  • Maintain relationships post‑close to support long‑term account growth
  • Represent luna.dgtl professionally in the market and within your network

  • Senior‑level experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, digital strategy, or technology solutions
  • An existing, active professional network within relevant industries
  • Proven ability to open doors and build trusted commercial relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with performance‑based earnings
  • Strategic thinker who values long‑term partnerships over quick wins
  • Self‑managed, disciplined, and outcome‑focused
Commercial Structure
  • Commission‑based earnings on closed and retained business
