Business Development Representative – AI & Emerging Tech

A fast-growing fast growing tech startup is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to fuel outbound sales efforts. You'll play a critical role in identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, crafting value-driven outreach, and opening doors for transformative AI solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts (email, social, phone) across North America
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with key decision-makers
- Leverage modern AI-driven sales tools to personalize outreach and streamline workflows
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on targeting strategies
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales or BDR experience
- Proven success in prospecting and lead qualification
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gong, Apollo, Lavender, ChatGPT)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Willing to work US hours
