Summary
The Outbound Specialist is responsible for generating high-quality pipeline to support Account Executive (AE) targets. This role requires high-volume outbound activity, disciplined lead qualification, and consistent demo bookings to fuel revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesComplete 200+ outbound dials per day to targeted prospects.
Qualify leads through structured discovery to ensure fit and readiness.
Book high-quality demos for the AE team to support revenue objectives.
Maintain organized and accurate records of outreach activity in Hub Spot.
Utilize Orum to enhance dial efficiency and maximize daily productivity.
Collaborate with Sales Manager and AEs to refine targeting and messaging.
- Deliver consistent pipeline growth aligned with overall forecast and revenue ramp goals.
Achieve weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in SaaS
, Venture Capital, BPO, or BPaaS environments.Exposure to Fin Tech or Big 4 public accounting settings.
Background in Investment Banking or work involving high-scale AI/ML products
.Previous roles with similar outbound or high-activity responsibilities.
