Key Requirements
  • Matric
  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales, consulting, or a corporate environment (advantageous)
  • Strong sales ability with a consultative and solution-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary, high-performance team
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to assess client needs and provide a tailored service offering.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to closing the deal.
  • Conduct follow-up communication to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure a positive and seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide clients with clear information about processes, timelines, and service expectations.
  • Liaise with internal tax, legal, and consulting teams to coordinate client delivery and service alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and track progress against targets.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to client onboarding and service delivery.
