Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Lead, train and manage the store team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned to the Aldo brand
- Oversee stock, reporting and daily operational duties
- Ensure the store meets performance and profitable targets
What we are looking for:
- Retail Management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate & develop a team
- Excellent customer service and sales - driven mindset
- Strong administrative, stock control and reporting abilities.
Marketing experience, ideally within premium retail or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of premium positioning, brand storytelling and customer psychology. Exceptional communication, planning and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into strategy. Confidence operating in a fast-paced environment where clarity, taste and decision making matter.
