Responsibilities- Manage store operations for a franchise quick-service restaurant in Fourways.
- Oversee complete store operations with strong general management skills.
- Utilize Mr D and Uber Eats platforms experience.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and resolve complaints.
- Direct staff management, training, and development.
- Handle inventory management and oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Over four years of experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant management.
- Strong general management skills and ability to oversee the complete store.
- Experience with Mr D and Uber Eats platforms.
- Team player with excellent customer relations, training, and complaint resolution skills.
