Corruption Watch is a non-profit organization that was launched in 2. They rely on the public to report incidents of corruption to us and they use this as an important source of information to fight corruption in South Africa and to hold our leaders accountable. They achieve this through research, policy advocacy, strategic litigation, select investigations and public mobilization campaigns. To this end, the organization seeks to commission a survey based on a prepared list of questions that assesses attitudes, perceptions and behaviors in relation to the State of corruption in South Africa.
The service provider must administer and write-up an analysis based on the following criteria.

- A total of 0 respondents both online and face-to-face.
- A weighted and representative sample of the South African population (including demographics and geographical locations).
- A thematic breakdown based on the list of questions provided.
- Capacity to conduct the study and provide a written report between the period 1 November 2 and January 3.
The survey will address the following:
- Levels of trust in anti-corruption institutions.
- Knowledge and understanding of anti-corruption and whistleblowing laws.
- The intersection of corruption and human rights.
- Effects of corruption on the provision of service delivery.
- Impact of democratic instruments in addressing corruption.

- Brief statement of interest, referencing the RFP.
- Proposed budget
- Timelines
- An outline of methodological instruments and processes
