Position: Real Estate Sales Manager - Parow ) Western Cape)

The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee the performance of the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent client service. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management to achieve business targets in residential and/or commercial property markets.

Position Area:
Parow Western Cape

  • Own Laptop
  • Basic Salary plus team Commission NQF level 4 in Real Estate, must be able to sign off
  • 4 years Real Estate Sales Experience
  • 3 years Sales Team Management
  • Marketing, Team leadership, Building stock/buyers, working with conveyers and attorneys experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management

    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents to maximize performance.

    • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team.

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

    • Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performance culture.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.

    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

    • Oversee lead generation and conversion strategies.

    • Ensure adherence to legal and company procedures in all transactions.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

    • Handle escalations and complex client negotiations.

    • Ensure excellent customer service and high client satisfaction levels.

  • Reporting & Administration

    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

    • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

    • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.

    Qualifications:

    • NQF Level 5/6 in Real Estate or related field (preferred).

    • Valid real estate license or registration (as per local regulations).

    • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
