Job Description

A property development company is currently seeking a Residential Foreman to join their team in Johannesburg. Candidates will be delivering all Foreman duties on residential developments from inception to completion/ hand-over. Candidates are to have extensive experience in upmarket residential development projects.

Requirements:

• Senior Certificate

• 8-10 Years’ experience

• Extensive experience in upmarket residential developments/ specialising in residential developments

• Experience in residential developments from inception to completion/ hand-over

• Highly proficient in MS Office

• Able to work independently and have leadership qualities
