- Proficient written and oral communication skills in English to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- An minimum educational background of MBO3, with training or certification in quality control or laboratory techniques is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a quality control laboratory or a similar environment is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail in handling laboratory-specific quality control tasks.
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of quality control experiments and tests, including organizing materials, maintaining instruments, and ensuring their proper functioning.
- Record and maintain accurate data and laboratory notes, ensuring proper documentation for quality assurance.
- Coordinate with various partners and service providers to facilitate day to day operations.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment and work areas to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Adhere to laboratory protocols and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to effectively contribute to quality control initiatives and meet production deadlines.
- Stay updated on current quality control techniques, technologies, and procedures to enhance laboratory efficiency and productivity.
