Vet Relationship Manager

As a Veterinary Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face of Gap Only across your territory, driving adoption and utilisation of our innovative Pet Insurance claiming service.

You’ll work closely with veterinary clinics to embed Gap Only into their workflows, support their teams, and help pet parents experience a better way to claim. The role will be based in Chatswood and service both Sydney Metro and Regional NSW.

What You’ll Do

• Represent Pet Sure and Gap Only across a portfolio of veterinary clinics
• Promote, onboard, and embed Gap Only with practice owners, managers, and clinical staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to vet teams
• Drive utilisation and performance through insights, reporting, and coaching
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Travel interstate to support clinics and attend industry events

• Experience in veterinary sales, clinical practice, or a related industry
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
