The Role:
Junior Account Manager / Client Service Associate

Location: Johannesburg (Hybrid/Flexible)

Type: Full-time, Entry-Level

• Build and nurture client relationships across diverse industries
• Support senior account managers with client communications and project coordination
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure client satisfaction
• Assist with client presentations, briefings, and campaign rollouts
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and medical writing teams
• Support both traditional and pharmaceutical client accounts

• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organisational & time management skills
• Collaborative, positive, and client-focused
• Close attention to detail & accountability
• Adaptable, eager to learn
• Ethical

• Diploma/degree in Marketing
• Digital marketing know-how
• Experience with project management tools
• 1–2 years’ client service/account management experience
• Advertising, or similar experience in an agency environment
• Familiarity with the pharma/healthcare sector
