Are you passionate about digital marketing and driven by data-led results? Tax Consulting South Africa is looking for a Junior Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on PPC professional who is eager to learn, optimise campaigns, and make a measurable impact through paid digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, structure, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Linked In, and Bing Ads Manager
  • Conduct market and audience research to support campaign targeting and segmentation
  • Analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Optimise bids, keywords, audiences, and creatives to improve ROI and lead quality
  • Develop compelling ad copy and narratives aligned with campaign objectives
  • Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns remain fresh and effective
  • Monitor performance metrics, track conversions, and report on campaign outcomes
  • Stay up to date with PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices
Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Google Ads and Facebook Advertising certifications (required or in progress)
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and data-interpretation skills
  • Solid understanding of campaign structures, bid strategies, audience planning, and optimisation techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
