This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Head of Marketing located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Senior Head of Marketing will lead strategic market planning, oversee marketing management, and analyze market research data to build successful marketing strategies. The role involves managing public relations, collaborating with sales teams to align marketing and business goals, and ensuring the company’s brand and messaging are consistent and impactful across multiple channels.

• Strong expertise in Market Planning and the ability to design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
• Proficient in Marketing Management and developing marketing plans that align with business objectives
• Experience in Market Research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
• Knowledge of Sales strategies and the ability to collaborate with sales teams to boost revenue
• Proficiency in Public Relations to manage brand messaging, media communications, and public-facing events
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, with a strong track record of delivering results
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
