About the role:
You’ll work with account leads, specialists and creative teams within Ogilvy PR and across the Ogilvy Network to shape earned first strategies and growth for our clients and our prospects.
You’ll contribute strategically to briefs across every client area, drive thought leadership for Ogilvy PR’s strategic offerings internally and externally, support and pitch new business opportunities, playing an important role in the delivery of our growth and business plans for the year ahead. It’s a role for a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in collaboration and can comfortably take the lead when required.
Earned Strategists are responsible for championing and evolving our processes and tools to ensure that our people and clients receive the best thinking. You will bring the best of the outside in, sharing, testing, and implementing new ways of thinking and responding to client problems.
This important role demands a focus on how to solve clients’ business challenges most effectively through an orchestrated system that connects traditional media, social and influence with culturally relevant and earned first strategy and creative at the heart.
What you’ll do- Lead and collaborate on strategic development that drives impact for clients, contributing to briefs and delivering earned-led creative solutions
- Champion and evolve our strategic processes, bringing new ways of thinking to solve client challenges and helping to increase strategic capability within teams
- Play a lead role in developing and shaping our approach to new business pitches
- Support growth objectives and expand existing client relationships through compelling cultural insights and earned-led strategy
- Apply deep understanding of consumer behaviour, cultural trends, and channel dynamics to inform and inspire campaigns
- Apply technology and data to your practice and our processes, including the use of WPP Open, our AI-enabled marketing platform

You will have a home in our Consumer PR and Influence practice with a dotted line into our Creative and Strategy team.
