An internal agency for a FMCG corporation.
Who we are looking for: A driven and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team.
What will you do:
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing our Digital Marketing strategy in order to increase our online presence that will have a measurable impact on our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for clients that align with their business objectives
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends and opportunities
- Oversee digital campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines and email marketing
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing content for social media, blogs, emails and website
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using various tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports to clients
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on data and insights to improve ROI
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools and actively seek new and innovative ways to improve our strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing
- Experience in creating and managing campaigns on popular platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Linked In Ads
- Proficient in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Knowledge of web design and development is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visuals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
