We are looking for an experienced Client Partner to engage a broad Mid Market portfolio, driving adoption of Tik Tok media solutions through consultative, performance led engagements. This role is a critical growth engine within Tik Tok's Mid Market organisation and requires the ability to deliver growth through scale, efficiency and repeatable commercial models. As part of Tik Tok's Global Business Solutions team, you will help connect brands and emerging businesses with Tik Tok's highly engaged community by translating platform capabilities into clear media investment opportunities.
The Client Partner is responsible for managing a large book of advertisers, identifying and prioritising growth opportunities, and driving business results through consultation, education and scaled enablement. The ideal candidate brings media and consultative selling skills, a clear focus on driving revenue across a large Mid Market portfolio, and the ability to structure Tik Tok's media products into defined adoption paths that enable consistent execution across volume.
They also demonstrate the ability to unlock growth within emerging advertiser ecosystems such as startups, accelerators, incubators, and high growth industries. Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across a broad Mid Market portfolio through Tik Tok's media solutions using a consultative approach.
- Lead scaled commercial execution across a large book of advertisers, prioritising impact through 1 to many models.
- Set clear commercial priorities and adoption frameworks to enable consistent execution at scale.
- Design and deliver structured programmes and cohort based initiatives that accelerate product adoption and investment.
- Partner closely with Client Solutions Managers and cross functional teams to deliver media outcomes efficiently.
- Drive growth within emerging industries through ecosystem partnerships and the onboarding of high potential advertisers.
- Use performance outcomes to refine strategy and support sustainable, scalable growth across the portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience across brand advertising, media sales, and online advertising, with strong expertise in performance media, auction-based and biddable buying models.
- Deep understanding of South Africa’s economic landscape, with hands-on experience operating across the wider Sub-Saharan Africa market.
- Expert knowledge of social platforms, mobile apps, and end-to-end digital and mobile marketing ecosystems.
- Proven ability to influence and win the support of senior stakeholders through strong commercial and strategic acumen.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue and sales performance targets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills-A team player and collaborator.
