Waters Edge Solutions is hiring a strategic and execution-focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing for a healthcare tech company. This newly formed leadership role allows you to take ownership of content strategy, campaign execution, reporting, and ABM programs, while managing a Junior Content Marketer. You'll be instrumental in driving lead flow, elevating brand visibility, and setting the groundwork for future PR and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a junior content marketer
- Design and execute ABM and relationship-based campaigns
- Lead the content calendar and drive thought leadership initiatives
- Oversee website performance, UX improvements, and conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline lead funnel processes
- Own marketing reporting and performance metrics
- Support brand-building efforts including partnerships and PR
- 4–5+ years in campaign-led marketing, ideally in B2B/SaaS
- Experience leading end-to-end campaigns
- Strong strategic and hands-on execution balance
- Prior experience managing junior marketers or freelancers
- Passion for marketing in a mission-driven environment
- Hub Spot knowledge and marketing reporting experience
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and inbound growth strategies
- Background in early-stage PR or brand building
- Leadership opportunity in a growing marketing function
