Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Specialist who is dedicated to crafting excellent original content and taking our social media presence to the next level.
Responsibilities- Craft excellent original content and help take our social media presence to the next level.
- Utilize social media to improve impressions and brand awareness.
- Understand social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO to inform strategy.
- Conduct buyer persona and audience research.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Business, Public relations or Communications.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist.
- Agency experience will be beneficial.
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Twitter and Metaverse.
- Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO.
- Experience doing buyer persona and audience research.
