What You’ll Do (Besides Drink Copious Amounts of Coffee):
- Be the Bridge Builder – Connect brilliant creative minds with
ambitious FMCG brands - Master the Chaos – Manage multiple campaigns while keeping your cool (and your sense of humor)
- Speak Two Languages – Translate “client” into “creative” and vice versa
- Own the Strategy – Turn market insights into campaigns that make people actually want to buy stuff
- Champion the Big Ideas – Fight for creativity that moves products off shelves
- Build Relationships – Become the client’s favorite person (free samples help)
You’re Perfect If You:
- Have 3-5 years fighting in the FMCG advertising trenches
- Thrive in deadline pressure like a diamond being formed
- Actually enjoy talking about laundry detergent at launch parties
- Have a portfolio of campaigns that made cash registers sing
- Believe that toilet paper advertising can be art
