Our client, a forward-thinking automotive brand, is hunting for a marketing superstar who knows how to turn data into drive and customers into loyal fans!
As the Aftersales Marketing Administrator, you’ll plan, analyse, and execute campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and keep workshops buzzing.
This is your opportunity to combine your marketing insight with operational excellence. You’ll take the lead in planning and supporting aftersales campaigns, service products, and retention strategies — all aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and workshop performance.
Remuneration:
TCTC for the role is R455 000 - R 520 000 Per Annum, including the 13th cheque
Duties include
Market Research & Competitor Insights
- Track and analyse market and competitor trends, delivering regular insights to management.
- Identify new opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
- Research and support the implementation of service products tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with external vendors to refine product offerings that drive workshop visits.
- Establish reliable data collection methods for retention tracking.
- Analyse customer trends and support the development of loyalty-building initiatives.
- Work with the marketing department to design and execute impactful aftersales campaigns.
- Support seasonal promotions aimed at boosting workshop activity.
- Monitor system usage to ensure efficiency and liaise with suppliers for improvements.
- Evaluate KPI results and develop plans to enhance performance across aftersales activities.
- Reporting to the Head of Warranty
- Relevant Marketing or equivalent Tertiary Qualification
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive or service sector
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel locally (3–5 nights per month away)
- Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when required
- Business-savvy with a passion for customer excellence
- Assertive, results-driven, and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator and effective team collaborator
- Energetic, flexible, and emotionally intelligent
- Integrity, initiative, and a proactive approach
