We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, assisting in campaign planning and execution, making website content updates, and supporting online advertising efforts. This role requires a balance of technical skills (digital tools, analytics, website edits) and creative skills (design, content creation, copywriting).
Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the online communities.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (seasonal, promotional, awareness).
- Setup, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Track campaign results and prepare performance reports.
- Design graphics, posts, and marketing materials using tools like Canva primarily; skills in Photoshop or Illustrator are a valuable add‑on.
- Write clear, engaging captions, blogs, and email content aligned with brand tone as needed.
- Brainstorm fresh ideas to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Update website content (text, images, product pages, blog posts, banners).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with developers/designers if technical updates are required.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign calendars.
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects and events.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (internship experience also considered).
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator (advantage), Meta Business Suite, Google Ads (advantage), or similar.
- Basic knowledge of website management and (Word Press, Wix, Shopify, or equivalent).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience with AI tools, email marketing platforms or willingness to learn fast (ChatGPT, Sora, Mailchimp, Hub Spot, etc.).
