The individual needs to be a go-getter with motivation and drive to meet production requirements, must have the ability to optimize production through careful planning and change over schedules. The individual must manage a team through defined areas of responsibility and delegation.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Must be able to set Cams and Set Strokes on automatic machines
- Ability to accurately set tooling
- Programming of Feeders
- Partake in stocktake when required
- Ensure conformance to safety and quality
- Any reasonable duties assigned by the CEO and / Factory Manager
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Trade Certificate (Tool Setter)
- 5 years relevant experience (setter/controller/operator for roll forming machines)
- Must have knowledge of the following machines Olma, Fischer
- Good communications skills to liaise with Tool Room
- Must be able to set Cams and Set Strokes on automatic machines
