Production Manager

• Execute production plans.
• Supervise shift/team.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Monitor daily output and quality.

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, direction, and support to team members.
• Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.
• Assist in improvement projects.
• Manage inventory and materials.
• Maintain basic budget control.
• Prepare standard reports.
• Develop talent through coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering/related field.
• 6+ years in production.
• Basic Lean/ERP knowledge.
• Strong team and problem‑solving skills.
