Production Supervisor​/Foreman

Our client a well established organisation in manufacturing is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in versatile logistics, production, and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, quality control, and cost management.
• Develop and implement production plans, ensuring that deadlines are met and products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to optimise production processes and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Continuously monitor and analyse production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage and develop a team of production staff, providing coaching, training, and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Advantageous to have a Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in versatile logistics, production, and manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques, as well as quality control and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of production staff.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
