Gauteng, Turffontein Our client in the catering environment is looking for a well skilled and experienced Pastry Manager to join their team
Minimum requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12) required
  • 5+ years pastry experience
  • 3+ years in production / bulk pastry
  • Professional Pastry / Baking qualification (preferred)
  • Food Safety / HACCP certification (required)
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly pastry production schedules
  • Supervise pastry chefs, assistants, and production staff
  • Maintain HACCP and food safety standards
  • Enforce recipe adherence (weights, methods, bake times)
  • Ensure portion control, yield accuracy, and consistency
