Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy lathes safely and efficiently, producing high-quality components to exact specifications.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders with precision.

Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

Mentor and guide junior machinists, sharing expertise and best practices.

Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.

Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow and productivity.

Requirements /

Skills:

Minimum 7 years’ experience on heavy lathes.

Certified Qualified Turner with a strong understanding of machining principles.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Knowledge of CNC machines is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
